Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Supernova is a hosted MCP tool marketplace operated by Data Genius LLC.

2. Account Registration & API Keys

You must register an account and use valid API keys to access the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

By using Supernova's infrastructure, you agree not to submit tools or payloads designed to execute malicious code, attempt SSRF exploitation, or abuse the platform.

4. Pricing, Balances & Payments

Platform balances are denominated in USD. Usage packages are available via Stripe ($5.00 for 1,000 invocations / $0.005 standard call cost, and $50.00 for 10,000 invocations). Balances are deducted upon verified successful tool execution. In the event of an upstream tool failure or timeout, deducted funds are automatically restored to the caller account balance.

5. Tool Publisher Terms

Tool creators earn a 90% revenue share (10% platform fee) on invocations of their hosted tools funded by purchased credits. Payouts are disbursed automatically via Stripe Connect Express to the creator's connected bank account once their accrued payable balance reaches the $20.00 USD threshold. Promotional or trial credits do not generate payable cash balances. Creators must complete Stripe onboarding and agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, and are responsible for all applicable local tax reporting. Supernova reserves the right to hold or reverse payouts in cases of fraudulent traffic or severe policy violations.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any tools you publish. Supernova retains all rights to the marketplace infrastructure, branding, and platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Supernova and Data Genius LLC are provided "as is" and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, as Data Genius LLC operates there.
